hello, gorgeous!

I have pretty much given up on de-stashing. I wasn't very good at it, anyway. Well, I was good about the using-up-fabric-I-have bit, but very, very bad at the not-buying-more-fabric bit. I've given up on that second part. To my credit, I have come up with several new things to make to use up fabric! But I definitely have not, in any way, stopped buying fabric. A few of my newest acquisitions:

I'm saving that last one for the fall collection, not sure what I'm going to do with it yet. I've already cut into the Chinese dragon print and sold a few sashes, ponytail sashes, and tissue cases made out of it. I have plans for an apron featuring the dragons as well. The second one will for sure end up on an apron, and definitely some hair accessories. Not sure what else though...

Anyway I wish I could tell you this would be it for a while, but I have a hugely long wish-list at equilter.com, plus there's a sale coming up at G Street, plus Joann's insists on sending me 40% off coupons every month. What else can I do but give in? It's not really a vice if this is my job now, right?

Katy, you absolutely can. I may even have new fabric by the next time I see you (craft night?) :)
